Hello and welcome
to my website. On my web pages you will find a bit about my photography
gear and see a few of my photo's on my Gallery Pages.
like many people, My interest in
Photography Started with me buying a small Digital Camera for me to use,
for the Family. I discovered that using a Digital Camera was simple and
convenient, but also a lot of fun. So I took the plunge to buy a half
decent Digital Camera.
So After some searching and
reading Camera Reviews online, I decided to buy the Fujifilm S5600. The
S5600 might not be a full D-SLR Camera, but for a beginner like myself
it was right Camera for my first and it fitted my small Budget.

After using my Fuji S5600 for 12
month's, I felt the need to expand my horizons and so I took the big
step in buying a full D-SLR Camera. Once again I took a lot of time to
review different Camera to see what would fit my needs as a keen Amateur
Photographer.
After reading all the reviews I
ended up purchasing a Nikon D40.
This camera fitted all my needs beautifully. The Nikon D40 is the entry
level of the Nikon Digital SLR Camera range.

For a start for my new Digital
Camera Kit, I have bought the Nikon Twin Lens Kit.
Nikon 55-200mm AF-S DX
Nikon 18-55mm AF-S DX
Zeiss 2 x Teleconverter
On the Photo Gallery pages you
will see a sample of the photo's I have taken on my travels. You
will see I have tried different techniques and used different filters on
some. I have also used on occasion the Editing software package Adobe Photoshop.
To help prevent Camera Shake, I have
bought a fairly cheap light weight Tripod. I bought a Dynasun Light
Weight Tripod off of EBay. I also bought a decent Camera
Rucksack (Tamrac Expedition 5), to carry all my gear safely.

I recently had the opportunity to
upgrade my Tripod Gear. So after checking out reviews on the Web, I have
bought a Manfrotto Tripod legs and Manfrotto Head set, Model 055XPROB
TRIPOD and 804RC2 PAN AND TILT HEAD. This is superb professional quality
and should last me a lifetime of use in the field.

below you will find some useful
links.

Carrying needs.
